Shipping and Handling
Shipping fees and delivery times are indicated during the purchasing and checkout. Please note that all delivery dates are an estimate made by the parcel service itself. Once the item has been shipped, Luello will assist all customers in tracking delayed orders, however is not responsible for delays in the postal service.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. For Credit Card and PayPal orders, the billing name and address must match the information for the shipping address. This is for your safety and ours. If you wish to ship your order to a different address (i.e. as a gift) you must call your credit card company to add an additional "ship to" address, then provide the alternate address and your bank/credit card's phone number in the order notes so we can verify the information. If the address and phone number are not provided in the order note, your order may be delayed during the verification process.
To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.
Luello will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete, unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Luello. (See Undeliverable Packages for details). Luello will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately. Please note that each profile allows up to five ship-to addresses to be saved.
P.O. Box/APO/FPO Shipping
If you would like to have your item(s) shipped to a P.O. Box address, you must choose PayPal as your method of payment. You will have to make sure that your P.O. Box address has been confirmed by PayPal as a valid address before submitting it to us as your shipping address. Payment options other than PayPal do not qualify for P.O. Box shipping. Luello reserves the right to refuse shipment to P.O. Box addresses when PayPal is not used as the payment method.Shipments to P.O. Box/APO/FPO addresses cannot be shipped with FedEx and delivery times may be longer than expected.
Customs and Duty Charges (US and International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. We do not take responsibility for any custom fees and issues for shipments.
Undeliverable Packages
If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Luello, we will notify you via email that your order has been returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order sub-total less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges consist of the cost of shipping to the customer and the return fees to Luello. At it's discretion, Luello may charge a 15% restocking fee. Luello will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us. If you would still like to purchase the items that were undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.
