We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, please let us know. Our return policy is simple; we can send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.

US & Canada Returns/Exchanges:

Should you need to return or exchange a product purchased at Luello please:

Send us an email at returns@luello.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the subject box please indicate whether the item is a return or exchange. To ensure quick service, please include the following information in your email:

• Order #
• Model # of the product being returned or exchanged
• Reason
• For exchanges, be sure to include the size and/or style # you are exchanging for

Please note the following:

• The RA# for items to be returned or exchanged must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Sale items 30% off or higher are exchange/store credit only, no refunds issued. Sale items 50% off or higher are considered FINAL sale items and cannot be returned, no refunds issued.
• Items must be returned with their original tags still attached. Items must not be altered, washed or worn. Returns for undergarments and swimwear are not accepted.

Should you return a product without a Return Authorization Number, you will not receive a credit for the transaction.

International Returns/Exchanges:

International exchanges and returns work the same as domestic exchanges and returns, but do not include exchange shipping costs.
