Brett Rogers Movin’ On Up

2 years ago, Brett Rogers was changing tires at a Sam’s Club barely making ends meat. Now, he’s fighting Fedor Emelianenko in a week, being followed by cameras for a documentary by CBS Showtime called “Fight Camp 360°” (slated to air before his and Fedor’s fight) and has his own Remetee Signature series t-shirt.  Not too shabby hmm? Rogers, who is undefeated, will face off in a Strikeforce event against the undisputed MMA Heavyweight chamption. While many critics remain skeptical that Rogers can pull it off, his camps says to look no further than the Andre Arlovski knockout for proof. His training has been intense and efficient- he is definitely going to give Fedor a run for his money.

There’s been a lot of trash talking (over Twitter??) from the other headliners, specifically the title bout between Jason “Mayhem” Miller and Jake Shields, leading us to believe that the Fedor/Rogers card will be one of two great matches. The fight, Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Rogers will be airing on CBS on Saturday, November 7th.
