Spring fever has officially arrived. I don’t care what the experts say, it exists. The snow melts, the weather warms up and everyone acts like there’s a perma-full moon. Off-set, Szohr has been spotted about Manhattan with her boyfriend, and cast mate Ed Westwick (who apparently recently announced he’d like to “make some money and buy Jessica a house”). The two were caught most recently canoodling in the Maxim booth at the Super Bowl. Both Szohr and Westwick are fashion-fanatics and have made appearances at all the big fashion weeks this year. We couldn’t be happier to see Jessica in a pair of J Brand… then again, we couldn’t be that surprised… they are the celebrity denim of choice!

Hudgens, of High School Musical fame (and more recently, box-office success in Bandslam and Beastly), was recently named the Female Star of Tomorrow by ShoWest Cinema and will get her award at their ceremonies in Las Vegas in March. Former award-winners include Jennifer Hudson, Shia LeBeouf and Abigail Breslin.

We’re big supporters of this cutie-pie, she embraces her Disney past, she sings, she dances, and she has moved forward towards a bright career away from High School Musical… now if only she could ditch Zack Effron.

1 – Visa – Exclusive card at the 2010 Olympic games. Now, ALL the Visa ads for Vancouver 2010 are good. Visa made a point to show different sides to the Olympics with spots about competition, training, perseverance and good sportsmanship (see also the ad about Sara Renner).  Morgan Freeman, who narrates all the ads, is not just the voice of God, but he’s Visa’s verbal deity as well. I couldn’t post them all, but here is the original 2010 ad, and another dedicated to the ‘88 Jamaican Bobsled team… Freeman couldn’t keep this one serious!

2- Coke- Go Canada – While Coca-Cola  is one of the Games Official Sponsors, I am CRAZY about this particular commercial. Forget “Open Happiness”, HOCKEY sells coke. The buildup, the kids in they gym (my high school actually did this), the bar scenes, street hockey… this is Canada, and this is how much we love hockey. Now about those Russians tonight…

3- P&G- Proud Moms- Call me a sap, but this one is so sweet. And probably hits most mothers more then me, (a non-mom, 24 year old), but hey, I can appreciate the poignant message that Proctor & Gamble is trying to get across. It also gives Team USA a warm, wholesome feeling.

4- AT&T-Ok, so it’s Apolo Ohno, and yes he’s probably more famous for appearing on Dancing With the Stars, but this commercial ROCKS. A big part may be due to the XX song “Intro” used to build the drama, but let’s face it- AT&T kicked Verizon’s butt this Olympics…

5- Nike- Force Fate- Last but not least is Nike. Nike is like Visa- they have THE best advertising teams. Leading up to Vancouver, Nike released a series of Force Fate and Destiny commercials, and the best is below. Yes, it’s Canada focused, but this is the commercial I see the most, and is definitely the most relevant. The message is good. (and Jerome Iginla is fine)

Honourable Mention- Tim Hortons “Welcome to Canada”. I had to post it. I cry every time I watch it. BUT, it actually has NOTHING to do with the Olympics, besides the fact that it plays all the time. Love it. You will.
